I love their large selection of affordable perfumes. I’ve been wearing the same one for years now—it’s truly my signature scent. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. I’ve also had nothing but wonderful experiences with their customer service. They’re always so accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!

Very happy with my order and with their customer service! I received a bottle that broke during shipping and they answered me and sent out a new bottle the same day!! I ordered a mixed pack of 5 and 3 other bottles for myself and for gifts and I will order again for Christmas gifts! Thanks Alt!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have to say that I am very impressed with ALT fragrances customer support. Karimunnisa, who was the best, assisted me in a return which was very easy. She communicated with me along the way and made sure I was a happy customer in the end! I will continue to purchase my fragrances from ALT! 5 star service!!

I really like the upgrade to the new sprayer nozzle. I’m not sure if anyone will actually read this feedback, but I wanted to take a moment to say that I think this is a significant improvement over the older, longer nozzles you guys used over the past couple of years. The previous design tended to leak during shipping and resulted in a considerable amount of wasted product. The new nozzle appears to be a much more practical and efficient design, and I appreciate the improvement
