My return was handled with care.

I placed my first order with Alt and absolutely loved the fragrance (Bella Vita)! It was inspired by a name brand which retails for far more than I'm willing to pay for perfume. It smells exactly like it. My order was well packaged and arrived on schedule. Having said that, I do wish the website allowed you to search by inspired by brands. It would make looking for alternatives much easier on their site. I will definitely order again and have told my friends already.

Well so far so good I haven't received my package yet but the company's customer service is really nice and that makes a big difference.

I actually love ALT. I love the fragrances and the prices are good. Support was also able to assist and very friendly.

Very personal message and quick response with emails but I am very sad about the 3 oz that they used to sell 3 oz was a great deal and now it's only two which makes me sad

I only gave a 4 because The bottle was slightly open and leaked out quite a bit into packaging. Customer service was fast helpful and they are sending out a replacement. Dream chaser smells great! I smelled it as I opened the mail box because it had spilled. The sent does not last very long would be the only complaint. But I’ll just re-apply problem solved. Will buy again.

I did make an initial order of two colognes received an order 6 days later which was it in the time frame that was told to me which was great, however it was not my order at all.. I emailed customer service support and had a prompt and timely response and immediately they created a new order for me and sent it out

I love the three fragrances that I purchased they smell exactly like the original no one could tell the difference the longevity on my skin is about 7 to 9 hours I had a problem with shipping with one of the bottles being broken which leaked over the other ones but I am working it out with them now on a replacement thanks Alt.
