I bought 3 fragrances and really like all of them. My favorite is Executive No. 26, however after only a few weeks, the bottle stopped spraying. Its as if when you push down the pump, it does not seem to be connected to anything. Worked fine until now and the bottle is half full. Not such a good bargain if I can't use all the content. Is there some way to get a replacement bottle or sprayer? Seems like this one is only screwed on. I didn't realize that till now. One of the other ones seems to leak but so far still sprays on demand.

I bought 3 fragrances
I bought 3 fragrances, two out of 3 smelled nice, but the Crystal Parfum Gold Edition smelled awful, with a hit of burnt plastic smell! Scents not too long lasting. Unfortunately they all made me sneeze uncontrollably. The spay nozzle on one of the bottles stopped working after only a couple of tries. Will not be reordering.

Horrific customer service
I ordered a view timea, despite knowing that their costumer service is horrible!!!
I wanted to order two perfumes, logged on with PayPal, did NOT click order or went through with the order as I changed my mind. Was suppose to me Christmas presents but I was scared they wouldn't make it in time as I waited 1 month last time.
Which is alright, I am in Europe so it takes time.
They blocked the amount of the perfume on my bank account through PayPal ever since! PayPal says the business has to release the funds. My bank says the business has to cancel PayPal. I asked alt fragance to do something. They are either not responding or lying, saying the entire time. Will be release. Accountant knows about it, bla bla
It's been a month now, still no money back
How is it even legal to block money if I did not order anything?
Worst customer service ever. Not sure what to do as no-one is helping

Pretty bad overall
Pretty bad overall. I ordered one of the 5 scent fragrance samplers. It shipped quick but arrived and the bottles all leaked out, couple were completely empty other three were about half empty. They sent me a replacement and the same thing happened. From the ones I could smell, they were close to the originals but far enough off to not recommend. Much better off buying originals or decants of originals.
