Sent me a code that didn’t work. Customer service asked for screenshots - I provided them and then was ignored. Later, when I was provided a different and unrelated code, I made a purchase and it’s been lost for the last week, probably because they use DHL for domestic shipments. Customer service does not respond and nothing is being done. What a terrible experience with this company. I urge anyone who is considering this deplorable company, to find an alternative to ALT.

Scam company don’t buy and especially if you do don’t return them they cannot be trusted and will not refund your money only store credit or exchange and if exchange expect never getting a response I think the scents are decent but they just don’t answer emails automated responses they’re fulfillment ain’t faster then a minute don’t trust them

I purchased from this store as a gift to my family. I spent over $500 expecting the company to do a good job and send my products safely to me. I paid an additional $55.89 for expedited one day shipping and it arrived a week late and customer service seems very incompetent. I asked them to look into this for me and they said that they would reach out to DHL(even though it was a UPS shipment). To make matters worse, the package arrived late and the box was heavily damaged and crushed. Multiple parfum bottles were leaking and to top it off, there was product missing. Between the whole shipping dilemma, missing items, damaged goods, to a completely non-existent customer support, this was just a miserable experience. I have had to escalate this to a PayPal claim just to get some of my money refunded because they won't respond or own up. Buyers beware.

Beware! ALT Fragrances is a total scam. Colognes smell foul and Customer Support is horrid. As I was browsing ALT website a scent caught my eye so I added to cart. It asked for me to review order before purchasing. I was also curious to see shipping costs. Once I hit review it automatically placed my order without consent and took my information from Shop app. Immediately emailed company to cancel and explained the reason. I was told they were unable to cancel due to quick processing of orders. I would also have to pay return shipping costs. Also I was sent wrong scent I was inquiring about. I have had several attempts to communicate with Customer Support and to no availability. Just be careful with this so called Company. I'm applauded by this companys tactics.

Purchased the 3-for-$99 deal, hated the scent of Crescendo, and reached out on the same day the items were delivered. Advised to just mail the item with a slip telling them which item I wanted to replace it with, back to Pompano Beach, FL. The post office acknowledged the item was received by a person at the address they listed in the email. Waited a week for the replacement scent to arrive; still nothing. Then send an email before going out of town; received a response that they are checking the status. Played tag via email with this company for over a month to still have no replacement item and now told to provide a tracking number, which they know no longer exists, as the USPS receipt is unreadable and my computer wipes history after one month. STAY AWAY from purchasing from this company; the customer service is abysmal, and they move the goalposts when you ask for a solution.

I bought a 3 bottle dealand wasn't a fan of two of the scents . So I requested an exchange . I paid for shipping and they acknowledged receipt asked me if I wanted store credit or exchange . I told them exchange . Then they went ghost and stole my money and have their cologne back . They will take yours too if you try and return . Shady business steer clear obvious most reviews are fake . Reporting to BBB and disputing my transaction as I'm out 100 .

After receiving a bottle Of Crystal 23 (Bacarrat) the package was tattered and scraped but the bottle inside was intact. Upon opening the bottle and priming the sprayer, I was absolutely astounded that the fragrance in the bottle smelled heavily like rubbing alcohol and dollar tree potpourri has a bastard child and bottled the sweat from The child. Not close to the advertisement and reviews I read pre-purchase. At first I thought it was a bad batch and second I was afraid it just smelled bad in me. However; my 13 year old granddaughter used it and It smelled just as horrid on her. When trying to return or even exchange the ATLfragrance sent a link That did not work and after days of requests to send another, I realized they do not care…do not purchase from this company. They absolutely abandoned me and my purchase and the merchandise is not even close to as advertised.

Do not buy from this company!!!! Beware scammers.... I bought 4bottles and spent over $200+ As a new customer. I get my order 1 of the bottles was completely leaking.There's no phone # to contact them only email, however, I realized it's all AI and it keeps telling me that a refund is in a store credit. But also, they deduct shipping from your order, it's defective. This isn't I don't like the smell or the Post Office damaged and broke the bottle, it's defective. defective means they need to exchange it and waive shipped back. And if you don't want an exchange then a full refund back on how you paid for it. beware scammers & horrible customer service. I will be filing a claim with my bank for my money back in FULL
