Got sent the wrong order and attempted sending 3 seperate support tickets via different contact methods (email, support page and on social media dm) and have heard nothing back. It has been nearly 3 weeks since receiving the wrong order and there has been nothing done to resolve the issue. Normally I do not like rating business’ poorly, even if the team bothered to reply it would be nice. Unfortunately that is not the case, so the rating will stand. Just be weary of purchasing if you’re looking for a specific fragrance.

First of all, I trusted their ads on Facebook, it was nothing like they described. Shipping was horrible, and the so called fragrances did not last more than a few minutes. One smelled like cigarette smoke. I have tried to contact a real person to no avail. They don't even have a phone number, to complain to. I would like to send back everything, and not get replacement. Exchange for what, more crap?

I haven’t received my package yet

Scents are rubbish and don’t last more than a few hours if that. Also took 2.5 months to arrive couldn’t be more disappointed

Not the same fragrance as expected. It’s a poor imitation

I sent a complaint and nothing was done from your end.

Bad customer service. No response to email in regards to faulty pumps.

I wanted to order and stock up from you and sell it in Toronto your product but I am disappointed do not want to do bussiness with you guys any more. I order the special $99 for 3 different perfumes and you guys send me all 3 same one.
