Bottle turned up empty. Never buying again

Already wrote a review with no response back. Bottle came opened in the box. No overly impressed.

Smells cheap last about 2 hours. Not for me.

Please save your money. The products are utter garbage and I lost 70USD which this fraudulent company does not refund. After seeing their ads on Instagram and Facebook I ordered the ALT executive no. 26 men's cologne which is supposed to be a clone of creed but it SMELLS LIKE NOTHING. It feels like water with orange essence - a home oil diffuse has a stronger and more pleasant smell. Even after three pumps the smell is gone within 10 mins and the person next to you can't even tell if you have it on! I asked 5 people of they can smell anything and NOPE. I left a review on their website and they DELETED my review and I got an email form them offering 15 off my next order? Really? Ripping me off once wasn't enough? They don't give you any refund as well! If you give them money you're stuck. Terrible product and utter garbage waste of money

Terrible company. First off, I ordered 2 bottles - one for my husband and I. Then sent one bottle incorrectly! Mine smelt disgusting and no way like Chanel No. 5. Not even a little. And because I'm outside the US, I cannot get a refund or exchange at all. So now I'm stuck with 2 bottles of perfume that smell terrible and out $125. They're definitely not recommdable at all. I will still to perfumeonline.ca for original versions.

They won’t let me redeem my rewards points. I have 1188 points an they won’t let me redeem them. The links don’t work that they’ve sent. This is poor customer service. I’ll just be ordering from dossier and oil perfemery and oakcha fragrances.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I PLACE AN ORDER, TAKES OVER A WEEK TO SHIP, DHL CLAIMS THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE ITEMS, ALT STATES DHL IS TAKING THEIR TIME. MESSAGE THEM ON INSTAGRAM AND THEY LEAVE YOU ON READ, EMAIL SUPPORT AND THEY SEND YOU THE SAME TRACKING LINK THAT SHOWS NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED. GET YOUR S*** TOGETHER AND DO THE RIGHT THING OR GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS AN UPDATE IF YOU GUYS MESSED UP ON SOMETHING. I HAVE SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND GIVE YOU GUYS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT NEVER AGAIN AFTER I GET MY NEXT SHIPMENT, LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON EVERY INSTAGRAM POST YOU GUYS WRITE. 1. Beware—there is no refund, only return at your expense for store credit. This is not the policy of a company who stands behind their products. 2. Got 6 bottles, I had no problems with shipping and packing, came fast and secure. But. 3. I don’t like the ALT versions. They smell cheap and aren’t a passable dupe. For example, I got the TOM FORD F’ Fabulous version as part of my 6. I have the original. In fact I own about 400 perfumes and know I won’t bother trying to exchange the ALT (at my expense) as they all have an underlying cheapness, gives me headache. 4. Bottom line, you may luck out and like it, but the ads are false advertisement.
