Hey guys, just a quick update on my recent order - still waiting on that shipping confirmation! 😩  OMG, can't believe it took them over 2 weeks to fulfill my order! 😱

Do not buy if you are from Canada!! Had a terrible experience with this company due to them not investing in a better carrier service. Was promised a reshipment that, just like my original order, never came! I received a refund thankfully, however I would not at all recommend purchasing from them if you are not from the US.

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER. You’ll regret it. I placed an order a week and a half ago. No updates. No shipping info. What a JOKE!!! I reached out to their “customer Svc” repeatedly. And yes, I have threads which I’m happy to provide. Don’t waste your time or aggravation. Or choose to do so. Sup to u. I wouldn’t touch this with a mile long pole.

I placed an order on April 25th and a week later, I was told it was shipped out and supposedly on the way even after the tracking information was not updated. another week later I reached out again and was told it was on the way. again, the tracking never updated. this morning (3 weeks after placing my order) and the customer service rep says that my order can't be refunded or canceled because it's currently in transit. This company makes you pay $3 for shipping protection but then doesn't actually ship your order. The tracking information I was sent still hasn't moved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Terrible packaging with no padding caused 3/4 bottles to be smashed on arrival. Custome support is even worse, I have opened 5 tickets, each of which is progressing at a sails pace with several working days between responses. They cannot comprehend that the fragrances I ordered as a present for a birthday that has long since past. Don’t need to be replaced as i have no use for them. They simply tell me refunds and returns are prohibited by company policy. This is an infringement of consumer rights.

I bought because I see them all over social media so I thought that giving them a try would be great. WORST PURCHASE, SMELL GOES AWAY FAST JUST LIKE CHEWING JUICY FRUIT GUM For the price it's not worth it! I will not buy again and will NOT RECOMMEND!!! DONT BUY I got the ALT 26. The one that has the Creed Aventus smell I have the original one too so I know the difference it does smell like it it just goes away in like 5 minutes. DUKE CANNON Hub is way better and it's 26$ I use it to go work out or to work and it lasts a long time and way cheaper.

The scent I received was not accurate and the scent lasted less the 2 hours ! HORRIBLE!
