I had been ordering for a few months now, and have always been pleased with delivery and product. Last order, I accidentally had it sent to my old address. I notified them, and they changed the shipping address. Unfortunately something got mixed up, and it was sent to the old address. I reached out to customer service and they offered to resend it to the new address at no cost, and I got it quickly. That's how you take care of people, and that is awesome!

I have both baccarat rouge 540 and Delina. They are expensive so when I saw this is was skeptical but decided to give it a try. And I’ll be the first to say how happy I am because it saves me sooo much money haha! And the scent lasts alllll day! Smells exactly like the real fragrances! I would highly suggest this company. Their quality and customer service is just as awesome!

The colognes I ordered from alt get tons of compliments. Executive, Truffle and Rose blow people away. I get more compliments on these scents that any of my designer fragrances. I definitely recommend giving alt fragrances a try. The oils and ingredients are high quality and the scents linger and last for hours. Some or my favorite scents, Jimmy Choo man intense. Viktor and Rolf Infrared, Dolce and Gabbana Italian Love.

A couple of bottles’ caps were loose and therefore it spilled during delivery. Emailed customer service and they quickly got my replacements to me asap. Aside from their great customer service, their fragrances are awesome! They smell like the original perfumes. Thank god I found them, I will definately be back…

My first initial experience purchasing from ALT fragrances was highly satisfactory from the scents I chose to the timely delivery. My skepticism about the quality of the products was erased when I applied my first couple of sprays and was immediately bombarded with hugs from females and compliments left and right all night from men and women that wanted to know my secret. I've always been an individual who prides himself on smelling amazing because an amazing personality should be complimented with a phenomenal smell to match.
