I have been a rather long term customer of Alt perfumes. Not becase they are great, just because they are cheap. We like Eccentric Molecules 01 but it's hard to find, so we discovered Alt Particles. It's a mediocre facsimile of the original. You have to use a lot because it really fades quickly. Shipping time is inconsistent and they barely protect the product in Shipping. Boxes are always banged up, slightly leaking and dented. Once I recieved a totally broken bottle , I sent a picture and they eventually sent a replacement. This last order, one of the bottles were mislabeled and it said Particle, but clearly was not. According to their self service returns, the scent would not be returnable or eligible for exchange because I had a 20% coupon on a 5 bottle bundle. I wrote separately and explained the situation and they said they would send me a new bottle if I sent the bottle back at my own cost. I don't feel this is the way to treat a long term customer. It's not that I don't like something I ordered. They mislabeled it and sent me the wrong thing. Why should I have to pay for the return shipping? I obviously know what it should smell like and this is not it. So here's a Buyer Beware warning, if you don't like the scent you get, you can't return or exchange it if you use a coupon.

Way overpriced. Much better clones out there. I got the Aventus clone, two different types from ALT. Neither was remotely close to the original. Trust me, stay away from

I love the fragrance when you spray it on but within minutes its dissipated. No lingering scent at all.

Two stars because Ive ordered before and didnt have an issue. Ordered this time and waited a week. Needed package for vacation. Package was delivered and it wasn’t my order. refused a refund although it was their mistake. Didn’t apologize or greet themselves when responding. Unprofessional.

I have placed 2 orders with Alt. The first order came quickly, but one of the bottles leaked almost completely out, ruining the packaging for all the bottles. I sent an email and got a response almost instantly asking for a photo. I sent the photo of the packaging being ruined and leaked bottle being almost completely empty. They sent me a replacement of ONE bottle and it was the wrong fragrance. I emailed back instantly to explain the error. I expected a quick response and have yet to hear back regarding the extended issues. ........ As far as fragrance. Crystal No 23 smells like alcohol at first but it dried down to a very lovely scent. I did really enjoy the enjoy it once dry. It does not project the way all the reviews state even if you are practically bathing in it. It is a subtle scent. I have yet to receive a single comment on it as I do when I wear my other more high end fragrances. Crystal Intense smells great right away but you can not smell it at all after it dries. I am waiting on Executive and Nomadic Shadow for my husband, so time will tell on those. ......... Also, fair warning... IT STAINED MY CLOTHES WITH OIL SPOTS.

I have crystal 23 and it smells good at first and smells so strong but after wearing for 30 min the smell is completely gone. I can’t even smell it on my skin.

I’ve ordered two times and my third order was really bad the crystal 23 perfume was leaking when I opened the box , I’ve tried emailing them and it says cannot send mail. They apparently don’t have a working phone number , so I mailed it back with a note. When I sprayed the pump once it immediately started burning my nostrils and hands , I began washing quickly , it had a strong alcohol smell but it didn’t smell like any cologne was in it. , it’s been 2 weeks and there’s been not a response from them , my order was 49.00 dollars. , I hope they will reach out soon I’d like my order replaced, Sheila Dobelbower

The order was hipped out promptly and the packaging was secure. The items I ordered were not damaged in any way when I got them in my mail box. That is why I gave ALT 2 stars. As for the smell of the two fragrances I ordered,Oh my LORD! I would never order from them again. The smell of Chrystal and Chrystal intense (which I ordered by mistake when trying to just get the plain Chrystal) was absolutely horrible. I immediately threw Chrystal Intense in the trash can. I am going to try and wear Chrystal, but I see myself washing it off about half way through the day. These seem like very cheap knock offs like you might find in Wal Mart. Do Not Waste your money!
