First purchase. Ordered 5/$150. 1) I wish I had read reviews from other sites that carry Alt. Fragrances products, which are much lower. On Google, even the review averages shown at top in “Sponsored Products” show lower reviews than what is displayed on the Alt. Fragerences’ website. I suggest putting “Alt. Fragrances,” the name of the scent you are looking at with the word “reviews.” Also, Reddit & TrustPilot are usually good for reviews. 2) Out of 5 fragrances, only 1 (Cherry Smash) was NOT on the pleasant side, but the scent of 4 only lasted LESS than 30 minutes, & the scent of the other 1 vanished in LESS than 90 minutes. So, I feel I’m NOT really saving anything if I must strip down and reapply the spray every 30 minutes. Ugh! 3) Directions on boxes say to spray on skin & not to rub, or it affects the scent, which led me to be concerned that with the fragrances being oil based that they might leave spots on my clothes. Real quality perfume does NOT include such directions. 4) At least one bottle leaked from loose lid. Three others also had loose lids, but missing liquid was not obvious. Boxes were damp & had strong mixed odor. I could NOT return because I threw the damp & smelly boxes away. Also, “returns” are only given as store credit or exchange, which is NOT really a return, but, either way, only an exchange. 5) I did reach out to support / customer service with pictures and text about the leaking & damaged boxes. The first response came in 17 hours and very politely said they could only offer “store credit or replacement” for the bottle that leaked the most & other than a brief “sorry to hear about” there was no real response to the damp & damaged boxes. I replied in about 5 hours that I would take the “store credit” (something is better than nothing) and that I was disappointed they didn’t respond about the boxes and that I felt an exception should be made to let me send the fragrances back without the damp and damaged boxes. Their second reply took 51 hours, & they did NOT mention the boxes or my desire to return (aka-exchange) all 5 bottles, but they did provide a $29.99 store credit (something is better than nothing?) so that I can use it to get another bottle that most likely smells okay, can only be sprayed on my skin, and lacks scent longevity. So, LESSON LEARNED.

Their Bacarrat clone smells like rubbing alcohol, nothing else. I bought a bottle from Amazon and one from their retail site, same alcohol smell. Thankfully it only lasts less than 30 minutes. Unless you prefer smelling like bottom shelf vodka and enjoy marketing scams, go to Ulta or Sephora and get something better. I returned my purchase properly after being told that they'd give me a refund to my card. Printed that email, put it in my shipping box to send them. Got a response email stating they gave me in store credit. The one I bought on Amazon returned and refunded no problem. This is a scam duping company, and their customer service is full of lies, empty promises and false claims. There was more than 95% liquid left when I returned it. You wont get your money back, no matter what. **** you Alt.

I do not recommend buying from this company. I did not receive my complete order, and when they finally sent a replacement, it smelled like pure medical alcohol instead of perfume. It was nothing like the fragrance I purchased. I contacted customer service, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. So I’m expected to pay to return what is basically a bottle of rubbing alcohol. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I feel completely misled. Be careful before ordering from this company.

Smells nothing like the advertised scent ALT indicates. Do not waste your money. They only provide store credit or exchanges. They will not refund your money to your original method of payment or any form. This company is a scam.

This is in regards to their customer service. Their fragrance is great but if you don't receive it and they don't communicate it really doesn't matter if it smells good. I paid for product I still haven't received. I purchased cologne for my husband for fathers day and I am still waiting. I have contacting the customer service twice and they are unresponsive. I ordered the cologne on 6/16/26 and it has been ready to ship since the 17th. I won't be ordering again. There are other companies.

★☆☆☆☆ I purchased four fragrances from ALT because they were advertised as smelling like specific designer fragrances. Unfortunately, none of the four scents closely resembled the fragrances they were compared to. Each bottle was sprayed only a few times for testing. When I contacted customer service, I was offered only store credit or exchanges. Since I was dissatisfied with all four fragrances, I requested a refund and asked that my case be reviewed. My second email was never answered. Very disappointing experience with both the products and the customer service.

This company is a scam. My order was never shipped, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to cancel my order or provide a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
