I'm a new customer and ordered Crystal No. 23 and the scent didn't fail me, it smell so goood. The issue was when I receive my order the perfume was leaking or the cap was not properly close and it was all over inside the box. So I emailed them then provide proof of what I got and they responded to me so quick and they offered to send me a new one for free. I'm giving a five star not just only because they gave me a free bottle (of course that's a huge plus lol) but it's how fast they responded to the issue. Their customer service is really amazing and very easy to communicate with. As they said first impression last and they gave me a great impression, so that being said I will definitely ordering again and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you!

ALT Fragrances offers an affordable and high quality product! As someone with a large high end perfume collection, I can say ALT ranks high in performance and endurance. I’m asked daily what scent I am wearing, even 8+ hours after application. I just ordered 3 new scents and cannot wait to receive them. Customer service is quick and always there to help. I recommend ALT to anyone looking to enhance their fragrance collection!

This is my second time using ALT. First time, I had no issues. Second time, I did, but my own fault! I ordered the wrong fragrance. They were so easy to work with for me to send it back and get the correct fragrance. Customer service is top notch! Can't recommend them enough!

As a college student I really love how they make amazing fragrances affordable. I heard about them from a friend who had Crystal and I knew I need to buy 3 so I did! Such an amazing thing they are doing for people who love smelling and feeling good!

Started out with the 3 for $99. To try a few different scents. After getting multiple compliments I settled on the Executive one and decided to buy a bigger bottle. And the compliments just keep pouring in. Looking to try the 3 for $99 again to find my next go to scent. Thanks for making it affordable to smell good!

The customer service is great, fast response time, fast shipping. I personally was not the biggest fan of the fragrances I received, nothing against the company just personal preference. I will try and order again and see if I like the next order.
