This is my second order from ALT and there was a minor issue. The service I received to rectify the issue was fabulous! The email that I sent was replied to quickly. The customer service manager, Prajakta is great. I appreciate her care and understanding. The fragrances from ALT are amazing and super affordable! They have a customer for life!

This was my first time ordering and the scent I chose smelled fine but not on me. I was able to send the item back with no problem and it was processed quickly. So far I am very satisfied with the company.

Love the scent! Super impressed with the same notes as the original. I also love the oily texture on my skin

I’ve tried other impression brands but none of them smell as designer or as fragrant and last as long ALT does!

Solid customer service. The fragrance is on point precisely with the notes. In addition, the price is good for the amount of ml. I also like that they have their products in urban outfitters and I hope to see them expand to more stores! Highly recommend this product for cologne lovers that want to save money and not care much about brand names.
