I purchased 5 fragrances and love them all! They are perfect dupes for the more expensive name brands. I did have an issue with a couple bottles that leaked on delivery. I reached out to customer support and they responded very fast to my email and addressed my problem immediately. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a store credit or replacement. I am very satisfied with Alt and will continue to purchase from them. Their fragrances are perfect and customer support was top notch! Thank you Alt!

I don’t normally review companies but the customer service I received from Alt Fragrances was so superb I felt it was important to share this. My order from them arrived quickly and smelled beautiful. Unfortunately, the atomizer was leaking. I’m emailed their support like and received a response within an hour or two. I had offered to send photos and they asked me to go ahead and do that. If you’ve ever tried to photograph dripping liquid on a metal lid, you’ll know it’s a challenge. Despite that, they absolutely accepted my photos and, without me having to ask, issued a new order to replace mine. All of this happened in the span of about 3 hours. I’m already browsing the website for another bottle to buy. A+ experience!

I had a problem with my recent delivery .. my bottle was only 3/4 full. I notified customer service. They were great. No arguments at all. They told me that through rough handling of their packages can sometimes result in spillage. They were very nice and informed me that they would be shipping me another bottle immediately… I was very pleased at how they handled my problem. I will continue to purchase cologne from them in the future because of their customer service.

I bought the 3 fragrances for AU$149. They smell great and I've had plenty of compliments. Someone, who had the original Sauvage, complimented me on it and said it is his favourite too! One of the bottles had leaked slightly (probably about 10% but was a little lazy so didn't chase up but mayne should have done. All in all - very good!!

The wrong bottle of Parfum was sent to me by accident the matter was corrected very quickly and thoroughly couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I have dealt with them many times and they really care about their customers.The product is fantastic also.
