BUYER(S) BEWARE!!: I ordered a bottle of perfume for $39 + plus tax and when I received it, and sprayed it on, I immediately started sneezing and it messed with my sinuses. Therefore, I then researched online on how to return it. I had to send them an email and it stated: "Please give me full cash refund back to the card used to purchase the item, at your earliest convenience. As mentioned, I cannot wear this perfume as it is causing me to sneeze. The scent is too strong and causing sinus issues." I then received a response from Neha with ALT Fragrances stating: Please let us know when the product is on the way to us, ideally with a tracking number so we can make sure to refund you promptly when we receive it! I did inform her when I did send it back and I had to wait almost a month for my refund. However, they ONLY REFUNDED ME $29 - and it WAS NOT on sale and no promotional codes were used. I've now sent another 3 emails - to the very same one I initially asked for my refund @ ALT Fragrances "support email" - asking for the other $10 - with the only response from Mgr Ann S stating "I already gave you a refund". Needless to say, I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Horrible! No number to contact never received my order & still charged.

I placed my order almost a year ago, the tracking information provided made it difficult to determine where my fragrance was and it ultimately was never delivered and the only way I was able to find this out was to contact USPS directly. I tried contacting Alt fragrances for months dozens of times, never recieved a response I tried initiating a return no response, i couldn't find a phone number anywhere to call anyone and i tried reaching out on social media and never recieved a response. the customer service is very poor in consideration to the fact that I am still receiving marketing emails.

All four of the perfumes I received were rancid, I then let them macerate for over a year, still rancid. They delete all my reviews and refused to respond when I try to contact them

One spray and I knew I’d been duped. This is the HANDS DOWN WORST FRAGRANCE I’ve EVER smelt and cannot believe I fell for their lies. NO REFUNDS outside of the USA only credits. I now smell like a chemical factory. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I believed the reviews because I had purchased some good dupes of this fragrance (SANTAL) in the past so MY FAULT for not reading more reviews … dropped my guard and now paying for it!!!

This is a scam I bought a perfume & it never arrived or gave me a tracking & these people don’t reply to emails or anything.

Products haven’t turned up for over a month and refuse to give refund. Avoid at all costs

I'm guessing this is a scam company. The perfumes are definitely not "luxury" as advertised. The perfumes smell worse than dollar store perfumes. They are definitely strong but so unpleasant that my first attempt gave me a headache. Don't waste the money. They don't accept returns or refunds so I've just thrown away a bunch of money for garbage.
