The product really smells great and itbwas what I was expecting. Unfortunately upon arrival tge bottle had leaked and the sprayer didn't work. I emailed the company and they prompty replied, requested a photo and then handled everything very quickly

I had a difficult time checking out through Facebook and Instagram with a bundle using a discount code. I opened in chrome and was able to check out, but it was a struggle and almost kept me from completing the purchase. I gave feedback when I received an email about my order,and was given a discount off a future order for my trouble. I've already ordered twice more since then. Great products, and I'm grateful that they take feedback seriously, and that they solicit it regularly.
