ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Got the Alt. 26. Stuff is spot on. I actually think it lasts longer. Can't wait to try their other scents.

I had order four bottles and one of them leaked all out due to shipping issues, I reached out and within an hour someone had gotten back to me with a solution in a very friendly manner, and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend! The scents smell so good

I was initially a bit skeptical, but once I received the product and took a whiff, I was pleasantly surprised. The fragrance was just like the original, but it lasted significantly longer. From now on, I’ll be exclusively purchasing fragrances from this brand.

I feel like they listen to the customer and want to make improvements.

I purchased a bottle of Parfum, 100ML, and the bottle had a loose cap, it leaked while in transit and when I received it, it had about 80 ML left. I emailed the company at noon. I received an almost immediate reply from there customer service dept. By 5 that very same day they had already put in the order to have a new bottle mailed to me for no charge. And I am keeping the first bottle. Not too many companies would do such an excellent job with a mailing issue and wanting to insure a satisfied customer. Lastly, there products are outstanding, very high quality and I am finding they smell better and last longer that the original! Go Alt Go!~

I ordered Simply Another , which is a perfect dupe for le labo another 13 but at quarter of the price. So happy I've found my favourite fragrance at an affordable price . Already ordered more plus a mystery fragrance. Even though I'm in Sydney Australia delivery was within 10 days of purchase . Thank you Alt .

Very high quality and great customer service

I had an issue with the rewards system and rather than argue with me over policy the ALT rep just took care of it for me by applying it to my recent order.. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.
