I have ordered 3 times from ALT all 3 times packaging and bottles are poor quality and leaking. My last order one of my perfumes was basically empty cause it leaked. I have emailed ALT 3 times about the issue, contacted them via instagram and Facebook. No reply what so ever. Waste of money and no customer service whatsoever. What a terrible experience. Thankfully there are other alternatives out there. Definitely won’t recommend ALT

I made the mistake of ordering from ALT before checking their reputation. I ordered their Crystal 23 and did not care for the scent. I returned the Crystal 23 and ordered an exchange of Simply Santal. Not only did it take weeks and a bunch of emails to get them to honor their exchange policy, the Simply Santal doesn’t smell like ANYTHING!! If I had to describe the scent, it vaguely smells like the lumber department of Home Depot. It’s a good thing I can barely smell it. I’m not even going to bother with an exchange. They charge ten bucks delivery for a bubble wrap envelope and shipping via DHL. The perfume bottle leaks when you spray it. The scent is supposed to be sandalwood based. It smells barely like freshly cut pine. TL;DR? — ALT perfume sucks and so does their customer service. I threw away 40 bucks, don’t make the same mistake. This company shouldn’t even be in business, horrible practices, horrible product.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company has shady business practices. I was excited to receive my first order until they charged me for a duplicate order that I never placed or received. There is no customer service to resolve this issue outside of email - this occurred in October and I've been getting the run around since. They stole $163.18 and will not refund my money or at the very least fulfill the order I've paid for.

This isn’t about the product but you are lucky if you ever get your order!!!! I’ve had 3 failed delivery attempts. Like the package never arrived but the tracking will say it’s been delivered. It’s been 2 months since I placed my order. Many emails back and forth but customer service is THE WORST. At this point I just want my money back as I’m never going to receive my package but they won’t address this and insist on using the same delivery company to place yet another order which never delivers! They are so unprofessional and it’s ridiculous.

Recently purchased their version of Creed and it smells HORRIBLE! Not sure if it is a bad batch or what! I was so excited to try it when it came, but to my dismay when I sprayed it on it smelled like urine - I GAGGED! So disappointed.

I purchased a bundle pack of five and chose five different fragrances for friends and family for Christmas. I received other fragrances than the ones that I purchased. I wrote into the customer support email to inform them that I would need to receive a refund because it was too close to Christmas for exchange. The company refuses to give a refund, even though it’s their mistake in sending the wrong product. They only offer store credit or exchange meaning you have to trust them to send the correct products once again. I had no need to get anything else with them because I had to replace the gift with something else that I could get in the store, in time for Christmas. This was my first and last experience. They pulled the bait and switch and stole my money because I don’t want the crap that they sent. And the store credit is only a fraction of the original price you paid, so even if you use it, it doesn’t replace your order. On top of that if you choose the option to exchange, you have to pay out-of-pocket to send it back. Total rip off. The store credit that I was forced to take, would only purchase 3 of the 5 bottles, and I would have to still pay for added shipping. And all of this because the sent the WRONG product. But I will be reporting them so that everyone knows their dishonest and sneaky business practices.

AVOID THIS RUBBISH Bottle arrived with lid loose and contents leaked. Contents smelled like fly spray. Absolutely disgusting smell that I would not want to be in a room with. Return policy - they will give you 50% refund or send replacement if you prove leakage in transit. 50% refund for goods unfit for purpose is illegal in my country and I strongly suspect in theirs.

My shopping experience with ALT Fragrances, specifically Order #ALT1014783, has been disappointingly unsatisfactory. I placed my order on November 19th, and as of December 20th, the items have still not reached me. Tracking the order revealed that it never left the warehouse, despite the tracking number provided. Frustrated with the delay, I reached out to customer service after Thanksgiving and again in the first week of December. Despite my attempts to address the issue, the customer service experience has been lackluster, and it appears that they do not prioritize or care about resolving customer concerns. After persistent communication, I was able to get them to place another order. Unfortunately, this delay means that the items, intended as a Christmas gift, may not arrive on time. Given the lack of transparency in the order fulfillment process and the apparent indifference of the customer service team, I would advise others to avoid this retailer. As of now, I have yet to receive any fragrances at my doorstep, and the overall experience has left a negative impression.
