Extremely pleased with the customer service. Had an issue with the delivery of my perfume that leaked in shipping. Company was very responsive and replaced my bottle immediately. The product was very well-made and smelled amazing! Will definitely order again!

The fragrance is perfect. I actually have never liked a perfume before. I used to use body mists because they were less intense, but this scent was perfect. The packaging was so beautiful and felt like a decoration for my getting ready table. I will be buying again

My go to fragrance company. I love being able to try designer type smells without the brand name price. I've bought many more fragrances from ALT than I could count. Their rewards program is incredibly, rewarding! I've found my favorite fragrances for a tiny fraction of the designer name price, and I have a lot of fun trying new smells. And their return policy is also more impressive than expected. A few times I didn't like a fragrance instantly. Sending it back for store credit was not hard. And, I have had issues with leaking bottles arriving in my shipment. It's always been handled quickly and generously. My one and only issue, that I wish they would change. Is the atomizer (bottle pump, sprayer etc etc). They are really bad. They just sometimes don't work at all. And without fail, they definitely stop working before you're done with the bottle. However, I still feel like 5 stars best represents the company. They weren't well known when I started buying from them and they still have the same policies and great fragrances.

Incredibly good quality perfumes! I had an issue with shipping where one of my orders had leaked into its box and the issue was dealt with professionally and quickly by the support team.

My first order leaked so 2/3 of the bottle arrived. Customer service sent me a replacement free of charge no hassle. ATL Fragrance are good business people for sure. Thanks!
