ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

I had an issue with my fragrance but I received a quick rapid response and solution after I emailed them. Such an awesome brand!!

My bottle broke in transit and the promised to send a new out immediately! Great service ohhhh and AWSOME DUPES!

Great product with smooth customer service experience. I purchased a 3-pack of different fragrances of my choice. It arrived within the timeline of the shipping emails and there were no issues with packaging of the product either. Upon further usage of the product, I enjoy it very much and due to the ease of my customer experience, I will stay brand loyal to Alt Fragrances instead of their competitors.

I emailed support with my issue and had an immediate response from Lucas, even though it was after 5. Great customer service!

This fragrance is pretty good I must say. Personally I find it smoother than creed aventus just not as long lasting but for the price it’s really not a big deal. I actually prefer this to creed aventus the opening is AMAZING especially. Had a slight issue with my order but I was taken care of promptly outstanding customer as well, will definitely be trying these other fragrances they have.

Fast response very understanding simple resolution
