I love my new scent! I was a bit sad when the atomizer stopped working before I ran out of perfume, but knew I was going to order another bottle anyways. After I ordered, I received an email from the ALT team asking if there's anything they can do better, and when I mentioned the atomizer, they immediately shipped out a new one. Sometimes it's the little things. Super impressed!

Perfume smells just like the original and last very long time. Very satisfied with the product and customer service was great.

Love each fragrance I’ve purchased! Customer services was extremely helpful in quickly resolving a minor issue in packaging. Also, shipping is much faster than competitive brands. ALT is my new favorite affordable brand that’s absolutely comparable to those fragrances by which they are inspired.

I never received my order even though the tracking said it was delivered. I messaged alt and they responded right away and sent me out a new order. The prices at alt are great but even more important their customer service is top notch. I plan on making many more orders from alt!

Fast resolution and great customer service with issue; even going to send me a new bottle for the mistake. Will be leaving good reviews for the fragrance as well when it comes.
