These colognes do not last ten minutes. The other brand smells like what it's supposed to be, and lasts for a long time.

I ordered the Crystal, which is the Baccarat Rouge dupe which smelled amazing and I absolutely loved it. However after a few times wearing it, I developed a terrible rash on my forearms that lasted not days but WEEKS! When I reached out to the company, they took down my review and offered me 15% off a future order. Ummmm....why the he** would I order anything again from them? Thanks but no thanks. RIP OFF.

The only thing that is worse than the smell and quality of the ≈ is their customer service. Their ad is deceitful and the return policy is ridiculous. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card.

The perfumes are horrible. The one I received smelled like gasoline and burnt rubber. Nothing like it was supposed to. Customer service was even worse. Every emailed response was a pre-written one, no one is actually reading your email. In the email response they offered me a discount on a future purchase. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Waste of money. Save your money!!

ALT Fragrances is a COMPLETE SCAM! The bottle was delivered to me 1/2 full with the top of the bottle loosely screwed on. The package smelled of the horrible scent. I completed the refund/return form, received confirmation of the credit, returned the bottle and have been refused a credit of the $62. ALT Frangrance is a complete waste of your time and money. DO NOT do business with this company.

Would give 0 stars if I could Alt executive 26 smells like Mont Blanc Explorer in a cheap bottle. Lasts 15 mins on my skin, when ask friends/family on what they think they all say they can’t smell anything Have left a review on their website, clearly they only keep 5 star reviews which are probably people promoting the product anyway 😂 Have asked for my money back but no response surprise surprise

AVOID! My experience with this company was appalling. They sold me a purported Gucci Bloom variant that reeked. It smells like an old lady scent, heavily laden with lilac, bearing little resemblance to the authentic Gucci Bloom scent or body spray. I have the authentic Gucci Bloom fragrance and body spray, so I know what it's supposed to smell like. When I reached out for a return, they agreed to an exchange; however, they insisted I cover the return shipping costs. It's unreasonable to expect customers to pay for flawed products. Do yourself a favor and purchase genuine fragrances from trustworthy sources during Christmas and Mother's Day at excellent prices. It might cost a bit more, but you will receive a fragrance that smells exactly as it should. I am sharing my experience with this company and their fragrance with every woman I know." The cost of shipping for an exchange of a different fragrance was $6.95. While the amount is not significant, it's the principle of customer treatment that is concerning. They should have willingly accepted the return without imposing shipping costs. My issue was not with disliking the fragrance; rather, it had a defective scent that was unwearable. Unfortunately, this fragrance does not even suffice as a decent room spray, leaving me at a loss of $56.00. A lesson has been learned. I hope the negative publicity is worth the $6.95 you chose not to waive for the exchange of another fragrance.

I was interested in the products and subscribed to the newsletter/text message option to obtain a discount code - but they continuously spam you in both media forms endlessly for weeks and weeks on end. I have unsubscribed to the emails but the text message will not work (replying ‘STOP’). I have emailed their customer service team and they confirmed it has stopped, until I got ANOTHER text again today. This is just ridiculous why do you have to badger people in order to get sales? Surely your products don’t speak for themselves. I feel like I’m being stalked by a crazy ex!! This has completely put me off from every purchasing from this brand. Go elsewhere.
