Excellent customer service. Had a minor leak on 3 out of 5 colognes. Emailed them pictures and in less than 24 hrs they contacted me apologizing and explaining the possibilities of the minor leaks. Nevertheless, they also shipped out the 3 replacement colognes without even asking! Amazing.

I emailed customer service after I received a wrong product and they answered genuinely in 5 minutes saying they had started an order for the correct product. Best customer service I’ve ever had and products are always good.

Can’t say enough good things about ALT Fragrances. I have used them for over a year now. Several friends, family members, and coworkers have gone and purchased items after smelling me. Even my husband often steals my unisex scents. They smell just like the luxury fragrances but are oil based so they last all day. Plus the value is unbeatable. Lifelong customer for sure.

First time ordering from ALT Fragrances. Our delivery came fairly quick under a week time. Luckily we are located in Palm Beach Florida very close to the Pompano distribution center. I received the package with a Black bubble wrapper that was discreet. This was great to deter any potential mail theft and to hide the package from the family as one was a gift. After opening the package we had four boxes and viewed the bottles with the labels on front. I quickly tested the scent with the atomizers included and they were great. I did notice the smaller bottles had less pressure, but were sufficient to deliver the amount of parfum needed for a great smell. All the scents were fantastic and rival the big brands for sure. My wife loves the smell of the Crystal 26 No. 23 and The Executive 27 was on point. The overall scent has lasted basically the entire day. Definitely recommended and we are about to order more for the sales team for Christmas for our company. One thing that was missed was a 60 mL bottle of Reality. Once I caught this I emailed the customer support and reached out to the Marketing team on IG. I was surprised that the marketing team almost immediately responded and actually rectified the issue immediately. It was a picking error from the way the slip was printed and I was super understanding about this as we have had this issue with our own Shopify tickets on occasion. The team was very kind and sent us the re-ship confirmation very quickly. Even the next day I received another email from customer service following up on the issue and reconfirming. Absolutely great experience with customer service and glad companies still standby their products. Ordering 6 more today! Highly Recommend. Will do business for years to come. The scent to value is amazing and our staff will get some great parfum for Christmas this year!

I absolutely love ALT. Perfumes! I always get compliments on my scent, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Recently, I received an incorrect item in my order, so I emailed customer service with a photo, and they responded in less than 4 minutes! Not only was their response incredibly fast, but they also sent out the correct bottle right away. I’ve never experienced such quick, attentive customer service. ALT. Perfumes truly goes above and beyond – highly recommend!
