I had an issue with my Alt Crystal bottle, it leaked during delivery because the top wasn't screwed on tight enough & lost a bit of perfume. I took pictures and sent an email to customer support. Lucas responded and was able to resolve my issue, he was kind and understanding! I know mistakes can happen during transit but it was nice Alt was willing to send a replacement ASAP at no charge! I didn't even ask for that. Very happy with my experience and will absolutely recommend Alt fragrances to family & friends!!

Great, online shopping experience. Easy to use website. Wide selection with clear description on every product. They do not hide the customer reviews which makes it easier to make choices on new product lines. Parfumes arrived timely and loved all the fragrances! Received many compliments for them. Slight issue was quickly resolved within 24 hrs via email with no back-and-forth. Will be buying from them again in the future!

Ordered online and received my first bottle of Crystal within 5 days. I have the actual baccarat perfume and wondered how close it would be to the actual scent. I wore Crystal to work the next day and got many compliments from people and my coworker fell in love with the scent. It was her birthday the next day so living in south Florida I went to the Alt kiosk at sawgrass mills mall & purchased her a bottle. 🥰 She was so happy with her birthday present and has worn the scent daily - as have I. If you want a great dupe for baccarat I highly recommend. I also will be trying other scents from Alt in near future as you can’t beat the quality & price ❤️

My order was damaged in transit. The support team at Alt Frangrances promptly answered my email about this and immediately sent out a replacement for my purchase. I am very pleased with the products and the support at Alt.

I had heard about ALT Fragrances from friends that lived in the States and so when I flew out for my current job I discovered their stall at Aventura Mall Miami. I was amazed at the quality of the products and how reasonable they were priced. My particular favourites are Crystal & Enigma! I couldn’t recommend their products and look forward to seeing what new scents they come out with.

Ive been buying expensive colognes for a while, I seen ALT and I figure I give it a try. There awesome, every one i bought has not let me down. I bought the truffle one and that was my least favorite but all the rest are 10 out of 10. Realty,simply another and crystal no23 are a must have.
