Alt made it so easy to send a new bottle of perfume when the one I received was slightly open and had leaked out everywhere.

These fragrances smell great! And are quality. I don’t feel like I’m wearing a dupe and who really cares when you smell amazing and got a great deal! This was my first purchase crystal (baccarat rouge 540) and I will 100% be returning to this company again and again. I can’t wait to try something else! Y’all nailed it!

Very quick response and also helpful. Made the wrong situation right. The brand new bottle was leaking and they sent another order out to replace it. I had only used it twice a realized a lot was gone. Upon checking I realized it was leaking out the top. I emailed and they emailed me back with in minutes.
