This so-called company gladly took my money, and then couldn’t find my order. I had to go to my bank to get a printed receipt with my name on it to prove it, as well as show them my driver’s license, to prove that I really was who I claimed to be. That was NINE WEEKS AGO!!! Now they can’t find the products I shipped back to them at my own expense. It’s a horrible company. How they were able to get a business license to begin with is weird. The fact that they’ve been able to hold onto said license after soooooooo many complaints and reports to The Better Business Bureau is beyond comprehension.

Do not buy from them. Colognes do not smell great, poor customer service, slow shipping, and they refuse to refund any purchase no matter the circumstance. I thought that the fact so many people have bought from them that there has to be some merit to their company despite the poor reviews I would run into. Well, I was wrong, and that is $100 I will never see again. I suggest to not make the same mistake I did.

This is fake , Dont buy I ordered with express shipping and after 10days i still have not received my order , the UPS tracking keeps getting pushed back and now its showing delivered but I did not get it. I contacted customer support and they told me the package has gone back to its seller. They dont give REFUND and only store credit , what kinda scam shi* is this ? I have been fooled and i request you guys do not buy from this ALT FRAGRANCE. ALL other reviews are fake

The WORST perfumes ever!! I ordered two as a gift for $100 and got one Free. I thought I was getting a great deal but the box was crushed and one bottle was leaking. And it smelled HORRIBLE!! I asked for a refund they said store credit only. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a replacement bottle but I said I don’t want it. They sent it anyway. I kept demanding a refund, never got it. There’s a reason they don’t do money back refunds—it’s because they KNOW they have a HORRIBLE PRODUCT! I really believe their website is full of fake reviews… Save your money. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here.

I just had a cologne with everything is cost me $63 I think it’s the worst decision I’ve ever made because it was trash not long lasting it’s no different than cologne sold for $5 please don’t don’t waste your money.

So I got the 3 pack of the men's best seller. Too many issues happened with shipping. 1. Tracking doesn't work 2. Was delayed by 2 weeks on top of normal shipping times. 3. Customer service officer was no help and kept referring me back to the tracking that didn't work. 4. They leaked during shipping so they were about 60% full. And last thing is that they all smell exactly the same.

I’m blown away by the positive reviews. Where do I start… - the transit time was insane, Australian buyers, please be careful! - customer service was all but useless - when the two products finally arrived, I had to put them both straight in the bin. The most offensive of the two was Crystal, a dupe for Barracat Rouge. It was straight up alcohol, without even a hit of fragrance, just eau de hand sanitiser. I hardly ever write negative reviews but from end to end my experience with this company has been nothing but bad, what a waste of time and money…

I ordered Crystal for a Mother's Day gift. I paid a lot of money to have it delivered quickly to make sure it arrived on time. It arrived timely. It also arrived leaking badly. The bottle is only 2/3 full. The perfume box is soaked with perfume. The shipping label is unreadable. I reached out to ALT and was promptly told that they have a no refund policy, always, and there are no exceptions. They wanted to send me another bottle. I informed them I do not want another bottle, I want a refund. The gift is not giftable. They will not budge. I am leaving town in a day and am unable to accept the delivery. I will, of course, never order from his company again. I will, however make sure I read the reviews for future orders of any kind. This type of customer service explains the low rating for ALT Fragrance on Trustpilot.
