ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Outstanding customer service.

ALT’s response time is immaculate. My order was delivered yesterday & had been missing the other 1/2. The other arrived literally overnight!! I love it & my very 1st time shopping with them💕

ALT. has changed the way I view imitation fragrances. I do not trust any other brand as much as ALT. has gained my trust. Smells are amazing and especially their customer service. Highly recommend them if you have not tried.

Customer support was very helpful great service greatest scents

Customer support team is like putting Jordan, kobe and James on the same team. You all responded quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more happier. Your customer service matches your products, good quality. I will be your customer for as long as your in business, in which I hope it was hundreds of years.

Love the perfumes and colognes we have ordered. This is not the first order with them. Even when things have not gone as planned in shipping they are super fast responding doing what they can to make it right!!

I emailed about a refund from months ago and got a quick response and resolution. Thanks!

They online customer service was the best online customer service I ever experience. They responded very fast and were helpful for my order. I will be shopping back with them. They are worth buying. You will get your money worth.
