I appreciate how quickly my issue was resolved and I was definitely made to feel like I am a valued customer!

Customer service got back to me in a timely manner.

excellent customer service and product was replaced and received. thank you

I had a slight issue with an order and it was handled with such professionalism. One of the best, if not THE best customer service situations ever. Thank you!!!

I ordered one perfume from them and I couldn't be happier, although we had a little issue with the delivery (nothing serious) which is not their fault, but they were on top of it with fast response and a great customer service. And also fast delivery which I love. And regarding the perfume, it is absolutely great, the exact smell I wanted and last very very long, I couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy from them more and will definitely recommend to buy from them.

Ordered the 3 pack and one came in broken and was the wrong fragrance. Customer support was very quick to respond and fix the problem. All of the scents that I ordered smell very nice (crystal, simply another, and falcon). I don’t particularly care for the scent that came in incorrectly though (bold love), so I was glad that they could fix the issue.

I couldn't be more impressed with ALT Parfums' exceptional customer service! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their team is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. The quality of their products speaks for itself, but the way they handle their customers truly sets them apart. They responded promptly to my inquiries, resolved my concerns with genuine care, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, ALT Parfums, for your outstanding service and dedication to excellence. I'll definitely be a loyal customer and recommend you to everyone
