These reviews are all fake. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE! 1. They sent me missing colognes 2. Would not refund me 3. The cologne I received was damaged 4. They do not offer refunds even with missing and damaged items File a dispute with your credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, Google and Social Media. They advertise a cheap product, does not fulfill the orders correctly. They are out here scamming customers and that is not ok.

I bough from ALT a fragrance called just Porto (Tom ford) omg is horrible not even close to the real one, don’t waste your money in this company, Parfums are horrible

Such a scam - they advertise smells like Creed but when they sent it, my sons and I who all wear Creed not only agreed it was nothing like creed, but also as weak as fish water and lasted ten minutes. When I asked to return it they said we don’t accept returns (probably because everyone wants to) but can pay extra and exchange it for another of their fake products, which they most like lied about as with their Creed advert all over Facebook.

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought 2 perfumes and received the most expensive one with a leaked box. Not only did it have less in the bottle but when I tried it on my wrist it gave me a rash. I reached out to customer service for a refund and only received a partial refund even though I returned the perfumes unused - in the same condition they were received. DO NOT buy from here!!

This is totally fraud, I recently purchased Roja ELYSUM perfume. They sent me a defective bottle the sprayer was not working properly. When I raised a complaint they sent me a replacement but the fragrance was totally different. It smelled like begone spray. And also the colour was different. When I complaint about this they simply said it's the same fragrance. I throwed the bottle in dustbin. Never trust them with their fancy adds on FB, the quality sucks.. The customer care representative is very rude and have no manners to deal with customers, I lost my money you don't lose yours.
