I had an issue with my delivery (the bottle had leaked) and immediately wrote to support regarding the matter. Within an hour, support had emailed me back and had fixed the issue. I appreciate how fast, friendly, and efficient they were in fixing my problem and how easy they made the solution to be.

Every perfume I have gotten from ALT smells wonderful and dries down beautifully, plus they all have an incredibly long wear-time. The customer service is super on-point too.

I had an issue with the sprayer on the bottle of perfume I purchased. I took a photo and emailed, thinking it wouldn’t be until Monday when I heard back as it was the weekend. To my surprise, I heard back in just a couple hours. Customer service remedied the issue without hesitation. Highly recommend them, I will be placing more orders in the near future.

I am so glad I came across. Alt fragrance I was sceptical at first But i'm so glad I gave it a try. Whatever product that you buy, they are so close to the real thing.smellwise. the best part I love about there Is product as well. Is the smell but also the smell last for days. Just like EDP ON THE Original product. The first. Time I started wearing cologne was at the age of 13. And some of the Colognes today are so expensive creed, Tom ford's, And They have nearly the same product. Is with the same smell. My wife Took the REAL CREED , AND ALT EXECUTIVE NO.26. And tested me. (SHE PUT CREED ON HER LEFT ARM AND ALT EXECUTIVE NO.26 ON HER RIGHT)Which one was the CREED. I end up picking the right arm .. That's how good it smells. I can't believe that.. put it did happen Their prices are so Affordable as well And they also have bundles and packages deals . They also want to help by giving discounts I told all my friends and now they're telling their friends. Now everyone I know who are cologne lovers they are now use ALT FRAGRANCE. My wife uses them now only. Is for her expensive Perfumes Baccarat rouge, Gucci Chanel, and others So I want to THANK YOU ALT FRAGRANCE for Everything.
