We placed an order and got our fragrances VERY quickly. We loved all of the scents (so extremely close to the competition). One of the bottles came leaky and missing some of the cologne. We reported this to them via email. Had an issue A little slow on response time, but ultimately they resolved everything in full with positive attitudes. I’m a business owner and highly critical and definitely came away impressed. Better experience than I’ve had with “high end / white glove” brands like Coach, Louis Vuitton etc (through online communication avenues).

ALT makes some really great products at affordable prices. This company keeps me smelling great.
