terrible smell. Gave me a severe headache. Do not recommend.

It's a scam. Delivery wait is endless and when you ask for refund, they only give you credit or replacement. Don't fall for it.

This company is the biggest scam out there, they have absolutely no brain customer service, and do not help in the least bit. Purchased one of their 3 pack fragrances on the 20th of September still have not received it. Contact what is supposed to be be customer service and all they say is wait it will show up, most ridicules answer from them. DO NOT ever deal with this company, all the 5 star revues are fake just like the products they sell. Stay Away at all costs!!!

The company does not allow for unsubscribing! I have sent stop and tried to change my number on their account so many times to no avail. They are against privacy policies and continue to send me messages daily! Spammy subscription company with below par perfume. ABORT.

I was going to make an order so I signed up but changed my mind 3 or more years later and I am still receiving texts from them after replying STOP, emailing their support team numerous times who have not helped remotely. DO NOT give this company your information

3 weeks later and still no product. I took advantage of their 3 for $99 deal, it seemed legit. No responses from customer service, and I am about to contact my bank for them to take action and get my $$$ back.

The perfume I chose was the Crystal . Unfortunately it did not smell good or have any staying power. Alt also fraudulently charged me for more than one fragrance. The customer service was horrible. Alt fragrances did not have a customer service phone number and ignored all of my emails. It was only after I called my American Express card customer service that I got their attention. Luckily AMX had my back. You only have 14 days to return so if you are unhappy with your purchase time is ticking!

First off, I cannot even smell any of the perfumes (baccarat, lost cherry and vanilla tobacco) I mean. NO SMELL AT ALL. Second, the list cherry and baccarat were leaking on the sprayer nozzle. Third, I find out I can't return them! Total rip off.
