I love Channel Mademoiselle perfume but didn't want to spend the money so I tried the ALT version. Well I received so many compliments by women saying how lovely my perfume smells and they also wear Channel. I think it smells exactly the same...but lasts even longer than the original. So worth every penny. I will never buy original again. Can't wait for my next order to come.

Awesome scents for cheap! Had a bottle leak in shipping and the company replied same day about the issue and sent me a brand new bottle ! Have made multiple purchases with them and will keep coming back!

My wife loves ALT fragrances. She feels appreciated and loved when I buy them for her. Cherry Smash is my absolute favorite. When a package arrived damaged from the postal carrier, ALT took responsibility despite fault eating the cost and sending another bottle. Thanks ALT

I had previously ordered some cologne for my brother and my husband on this site and they both loved it. I had never ordered for myself until earlier this week. My bottle of Crystal arrived within three or four days, and I could smell the wonderful fragrance through the envelope. Unfortunately, this was because the bottle had spilled and most of the perfume evaporated. I emailed the company with pictures and within an hour I got a response, informing me that a replacement bottle was on its way to me. I will continue to buy from Alt fragrances, not only because their products are great, but also because of the great customer service.

I’m not even sure where to begin with this review. I ordered, hoping that the fragrances were close enough to the originals, and they far exceeded any expectations I had. Generous sized products that smell fantastic. I challenge anyone to tell the difference between the original and these versions. I also need to give recognition to ALT’s customer service team. When I received my order, one of the bottles had leaked and some product was missing. This was entirely due to the fact that I live in the northeast in some of the most frigid temperatures we’ve had in a long time. I contacted customer service and literally within about 10 minutes, they responded saying they were replacing the bottle that leaked at no charge. What other company responds that quickly or efficiently? I will definitely be a repeat customer. Five stars!!
