I have tried many Baccarat 540 dupes before from many different companies and I have yet to find one better than Alt’s inspired Baccarat 540 it’s called Crystal no.23 and it is spot on with the scent and last on my skin all day . The fragrances at ALT. Are great quality. However, the customer service is even better. I had a small issue with a scent that leaked during shipping. I contacted support and they quickly remedied the situation. That type of service has gained them a lifelong customer. I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family for amazing scents and great customer service.

I was frustrated because right after I did the final click on my order I realized I had ordered the wrong size bottle of perfume. I looked for a phone number with no success and ended up sending an email giving the information regarding my mistake in the order I had just sent. I figured I would have to return when I received and then order the correct size. But with the great customer service by ALT. Fragrance, I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. WOW, that is GREAT customer service...that made me so happy. Thank you!!!
