I sent them an email and they quickly responded, apologies for the inconvenience. Corrected the address and immediately sent a new product to me! They have amazing customer service 👏. I recently bought my 2nd cologne. I had some points that were going to expire. So I couldn’t let that go. Found a scent I was familiar with, men’s Light Blue, and place my order. When it arrived, I didn’t open it till later that evening because of work. To my surprise it was the men’s version, Splish. It was Splash, the women’s version. I reach out to customer support that night. The next morning, I was receiving emails with apologies for the mishap. What’s more impressive, and new order was being processed as well! I was upset that I received the incorrect fragrance, but I am definitely not angry. The fact they quickly reached out to apologize and corrected it as fast as they did is very impressive! For only my second purchase, they definitely went way above the bar to make sure I am happy with my overall experience. ALT Fragrance, you guys have a customer for life! Thank you, thank you very much for your dedication and diligence to customer satisfaction!

I received an email right away Letting me know about my order, customer service is excellent, the perfumes smell so great nothing but the best . I have fallen in love.

I love this company because the fragrance is such good quality.But also, i've had a few issues where my fragrance has filled out doing transit, and I contacted the company and they rectified it immediately by sending me a replacement with no issues.

I reach out to them the matter was resolved quickly.

Best fragrance site available. I bought a tester bottle to try it out…and that was 14 bottles ago. I’ll be a life long customer here, so glad I found this!!
