My first order: I ordered three different fragrances and was told I’d get a fourth one free. They sent one fragrance and two of the next fragrance. No bonus bottle. They offered to send the original bottle that was missing. No bonus bottle. The missing bottle arrived nearly a month after the first order was placed. I stupidly made a second order. It still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent a number of emails and I keep hearing “it will arrive tomorrow”. It never does. No answer when I ask about the missing bonus bottle (“mystery fragrance”). Incompetent business. I won’t ever order again.

Believe the negative reviews. The scents are horrible, I don't even want to use them as room spray. No refunds too, so save your money.

Not a single one of three fragrances was anything like the originals they claim to mimic. In addition, they smelled terrible, had no longevity nor silage. When I asked to return the product and get my money back, they said NO. A complete scam, and a careful reading of their "raves" tells you they are FAKE.

I recently tried ALT fragrances and while I appreciate their unique scents, I found that they don't last nearly as long as other luxury brands like Dior or YSL. ALT fragrances are a great alternative if you're looking for something affordable and different, but their longevity leaves much to be desired. In comparison, Dior and YSL fragrances have a lasting power that makes a significant difference. With ALT, the scent tends to fade within an hour or two, even without sweating. For a fragrance to truly make an impact, it needs to stay with you throughout the day, and unfortunately, ALT doesn't quite meet that mark. If you're someone who values long-lasting fragrance, you might want to consider investing in higher-end options like Dior or YSL. They not only last longer but also offer a more refined scent experience.

I HAVE PLACE AN ORDER BEOFRE 20 DAYS AND NEVER RECIEVE MY ORDER , I HAVE SPENT LIKE MORE THAN $300 ON DIFFEENT PERFUME BUT NEVER RECIEVD ... NO CUSTOMER SERIVES.... NEVER ADVISE ,.... THEY MIGHT SENT ONE TIME ...... SECOND TIME U WILL NOT GET IT ....DO NOT ORDER GUYS ....

This product is fantastic. That being said the customer service is terrible and I never received my second order. There is only generic emails and no way to contact customer service by phone. I will never order from this fraudulent company again no matter how good there product is. Thanks for the headaches

I ordered from ALT Fragrances and received an incorrect order, with one item missing, a leaking bottle, and low-quality products that caused an allergic reaction. Customer service refused a refund, offering only partial store credit. Beware of poor quality control and refund policies that fail to support customers

THIS COMPANY IS AN SCAM, BE AWARE, I RECEIVED A PERFUME BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER, AND I RETURNED FEW DAYS LATER, DUE TO ALLERGY, I WAS SENT A RETURNING LABEL, WHEN I TRIED TO REACH BACK, ALT PERFUMES WAS SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND IT WAS RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER, NOW THE POSTAL OFFICE SHOW THAT IT WAS IN TRANSIT and I BOUGHT IT Thru Klarna, now someone in Alt fragrance team received the order knew what it was, and returned the envelope back to me without the product, etc Just because they want Klarna to pay for it and kept the product, does anyone have the General Attorney information, for this fraudulent company.
