I love the fragrance I ordered but let’s face it, there are several similar companies out there. What will keep me as an ALT customer is their customer service. My bottle leaked during shipment (things happen) and I lost about 1/4 of the bottle. I was not going to complain but then I got their follow up email asking how they did, so I responded honestly. They apologized profusely then sent me a new bottle. I was shocked in the best possible way. I will be a customer for life.

Amazing customer service! Very responsive, helpful, and courteous! And whats even better, as a colonge and perfume enthusiast, I have spent 10s of thousands on fragrance in my lifetime, and got into insparations (clones) as it fragrance with my taste is a very expensive habit haha 😅 and I have to, ALT is definitely the formula master! They exceeded my expectations and gained my trust 😁

Fragrances are great! Variety: super! The fragrances are long lasting. Constantly adding new fragrances, but conserve the others. Customer service (Dadeland Mall-Miami) is SUPERB!!! The lady there is soooo nice!!!
