My order arrived with a leaking bottle and one missing perfume. Although the leak wasn't significant, I contacted customer service, and the next day, they shipped a new order with both perfumes. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! ALT has gained my trust as a customer, and I highly recommend their perfumes, which are of excellent quality. You won’t be disappointed!

Anything the fragrance want for me, customer service has been outstanding. After reading my review they reached out with a shipping label so I could return it for a refund. Again, I would like to state I loved the smell of the fragrance, unfortunately one of the undertones caused a headache. I am going to wait till my daughter has a chance to wear it once before sending it back. If she likes it I will gift it to her instead.

The products are amazing! I did however receive a bottle that was not completely sealed and the package spelled wonderful but half the product was gone! I sent an email explaining the mishap in shipping and they are sending another bottle at no charge!! Very impressed with the customer service and communication!! Thank you so much!!
