Good afternoon, ALT Fragrance Support Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received regarding a recent issue with a damaged fragrance during shipping. Your representative, Lucas, addressed my concern with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. He provided a prompt resolution and arranged a replacement in a courteous and empathetic manner that truly reflected ALT Fragrance's commitment to customer satisfaction. His approach made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Thank you once again for your swift and thoughtful support. I look forward to receiving my replacement and will definitely be exploring additional fragrances soon. I will also be recommending ALT Fragrance to my friends and family.

Great support for great product. I collect fragrances, and Corsair 22 is so far the best inspired by Creed Viking perfume.

Very quick responses and very helpful , caring staff, willing to please their customers!

I have ordered Alt many times and always have had a great experience. Customer service is top notch.

I appreciated the customer support, they were very kind and professional. I found lovely inspired versions of some of my favourite perfumes in very economic prices and of very high quality. I was particularly happy to find an amazing dupe of one of my favourite discontinued perfumes, Matcha Meditation of Maison Margiela. I can only recommend ALT.

Have yet to receive my order but the customer service is great so far and I’ve bought before from here so the products are a must have on being the closest to the original

Alt sent another shipment on top of my original order. They care about their customers. I like that.
