Never even shipped the order. Offered excuse after excuse, finally blaming UPS when I can see that UPS never got the package. Horrible company running a scam. Have to go through my credit card company for a charge back because they refuse to rectify the situation or take responsibility. Update... Package showed up finally via USPS with postage due!!! You can't make this stuff up. Stay away from this shady company!

They all smell like rubbing alcohol

I had to change my review. The company started deleting questions and comments of mine on a Facebook ad of theirs. Genuine questions about people's preferences. If they're willing to delete innocuous comments, who know what they'd do if someone had *real* feedback. I no longer trust the company based on this.

I would never order from this company again. I recieved 2 duplicate orders and they charged me for 2. What am i going to do with 8 bottles of perfume? They wont refund my money because they only give credit. This was their error, not mine! Terrible customer service! Beware! Barbara

I purchased Stiletto, was very excited to use it but it smelled like alcohol. It did not smell good at all. I understand this store does not do refunds and only provides store credit. I wasted $6 to ship the perfume to me and another $6 to ship the perfume back. Now add another $6 bucks for shipping when I order a different perfume since I don’t want my money/store credit going to waste. Very disappointed. Most companies now offer free returns. Wasted money.

Today is January 12 I have given the crystal 23 time hoping it would get better but it has not. Maybe it just isn’t a good scent for me. After the initial very light cedar smell it faded into obscurity never to be smelled again. The company ships fast and carefully so I had no problem with that. I won’t be trying any of the other scents in the future for me personally it really didn’t work.

I heard great things from my oldest son who ordered some in November. I decided to order on December 23. I received an update on the 24th showing that the label was created. On the 28th, I received an auto email saying they noticed my shipment was delayed, but they were watching, and it should be resolved soon. On Jan 2, I sent a follow-up email and got a very quick response from their outsourced customer support who said they would get on top of this and let me know. On Jan 3, I received a survey to rate them. I sent another follow-up email but did not receive any feedback from their support. Jan 5 (today) I sent another email. I figured I got scammed and will do a stop payment or charge back tomorrow.

I heard so many good things about Alt Fragrances, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered two bottles on December 16th. Christmas came and went, and there was no progress on my package. It still said “ En route to dhi ecommerce or awaiting processing” as it said the day after I placed my order. I reached out to customer service, who told me to wait two more business days. I did, and the product was still “ En route to dhi ecommerce or awaiting processing.” I wrote to customer service again, requesting a refund. They stated the package has been lost and wanted to confirm my address info and “re-ship” the products. They were not shipped in the first place. I want a full refund from a company who has not followed through with providing a purchased product and they are refusing to do so. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Customer service is outsourced and can only do so much. They don’t seem to understand what you’re telling them and only answer from scripted prompts.
