I had an issue with one of my bottles. It was leaking inside of the package. All I did was take a picture and sent them an email. They responded immediately to the email and they sent out a new one within hours. I would definitely be ordering from them again.

I saw ads on FB and felt inclined to try some of their perfumes. Went with a 3 pack (without doing the quiz first). After doing the quiz I found two of those three I was actually getting! One of the 3 did not have a cap on the dispenser. I took a picture so I had proof, sent it to customer service, and immediately they got back to me saying they were sorry and that they would send one. Then I got an email saying it is on its way. Since trying each of the three only one time, I wasn't sure if all three were exactly what I wanted, so I inquired about the possibility of a return of one, and someone immediately got back to about that. Something I can say is that all three of the perfumes I got have a scent that lasts throughout the day. Granted it does get lighter, but I still smell it at night when I go to bed, after just one pump during the day. This company clearly is on top of their game and wants everyone to be satisfied. I am sold & will continue to be a user!

I recently ordered some colognes from ALT and one of the bottles had leaked out during shipping. I contacted the company and told them the issue and that I really didn’t care for the scent anyway so they picked out another type for me based on my usual taste in fragrance. The sent me Driftwood No.16 and I was blown away. It is my new favorite. I am very pleased with ALT.
