I ordered the three cologne package. The product was shipped quickly, however one had leaked. I emailed customer service and they responded within a day and provided a resolution. The colognes smell great as well! Will definitely order from them again.

Perfume is great, and customer service is superb. I had a problem with my order and they responded quickly and fixed the problem.

Ordered from ALT. Received my order but unfortunately one of the bottled opened in the mail. I contacted ALT.and right away the customer service representative immediately got me squared away and fixed the issue. ALT has a customer in me for life!
