I understand all the skepticism when it comes to buying “dupes” however I just had to try this brand because I fell in love with Pacific chill but could not afford the price. So I figured I would give Alt a try and was satisfied I did have issues with the bottle and was sent another bottle for free and was given an explanation for the leakage. The only thing I can advise is to review your order before placing your order. I order and didn’t update my cart however I am looking forward to trying the fragrances that are being shipped to me. If I don’t like them I am confident that I will get the ones that I want.

there was a mistake in my order, and ended up with an incorrect fragrance from what i ordered but when i contacted the support they handled it fast and were super helpful. i had a replacement sent almost immediately.

I had to use customer service for the first time after buying bottles and then for quite a while. I emailed them with pictures of my bottle that was cracked and within 10 minutes I had a response Email letting me know they had already placed a replacement order for me that would be shipped out ASAP. Amazing customer service.

ALT Fragrance company has been a gem of a find. I have impressed with the buying process, shipping, product satifaction, and excellent customer service. My recent order was delivered timely, however a couple of my fragrances had leaked and I reached out to customer service. I received prompt communication with them sending replacement of fragrances that leaked. Amazing
