Their advertisements and homepage boast “simple and easy returns” and pride for their work. The scents I ordered smelled awful and one bottle leaked while in transit. Come to find out you can either exchange for another product, or pay to ship it back and the remaining value of your return will be given to you as store credit. I was so unhappy with the products and the poor leaky packaging, I didn’t want to try other products. Now I’m out $200.

The company Alt was very good on delivery of the product. However was very disappointed in the product . Reason being I myself am a fragrance connoisseur. I have many fragrances of higher quality! This one does not stay or perform to last! The alcohol base is predominant when sprayed. Then you get the essence of fragrance. Not like real one! Also over priced for sure.Performs like a 19.99 product. Because of the AMT of alcohol it does not last. That's why you go thru it like water. I e spray should last many hours. No deal here! Just letting you know more hype than performance!

Beware!!! I would never purchase from this so called company again! I ordered a particular scent! When it arrived, I could smell it before I opened it! Upon using it, I realized that it was too strong! So I decided to return for “ store “ credit”. I used the company’s on line return portal to start the return! At first, they offered me to keep the perfume and they would credit my account $20! I said, no, I’d rather get a store credit back! So I continued with the process! The directions from the company was to package it back up properly and take it to any mailing facility of my choice! I first took it to the post office and they refused to take it! Said fragrance was dangerous and flammable to ship! I then took it to UPS and was told the same thing! Now I’m stuck with a $50 perfume that is useless! I contacted the company and all they kept telling me was to send them the “ return tracking number”. Well…. Of course I don’t have that because no one will take the return! Customer service never tried to understand what I was telling them! They just kept sending the same email! I asked if they could at least give me the $20 credit that was first offered! Nothing! It’s almost like they can’t understand English!! I feel as if a lot of these “ good reviews “ are made up! This company is not what it claims to be and until they can get people in their customer service, that understands English and is willing to help I will continue to tell people to never order from here! By the way.. the scent is Dutchess! It’s horrible and and smells like cheap baby powder! They are out to get and keep your money! Just know if you get a scent you don’t like, you’ll be stuck with it!

ALT. Fragrances DO NOT BUY!! I bought this special (3 FRAGRANCES FOR $99.00) and it was TERRIBLE!!! It smelled like cat pee. LITERALLY Returned it, told me specificvally I could get n exchange or a refund in the initial email but they switched thier tone and now they do not want to give me my money back. saying "Its not thier policy to give refunds" EXCUSE ME? Maybe you should put this disclaimer out whrn you are taking our monry. NEVER buy from a start up company you have never heard of that doesnt have a money back garantee.

Do not go near this company. My fragrance arrived leaking in the bag which damaged my floors. After reaching out to customer service and explaining the issue and that I certainly did not want a replacement but rather my money back to deal with the floors, they couldn’t have been worse to deal with. Still not resolved after 7 back and forths. AVOID!!!!!

OVERCHARGED and LEAKING. 👎👎👎👎👎: Order and delivery, ordered 1, charged for, and received, 2. One was even leaking so not opening either one until I get a tesponse from ALT FRAGRANCES. Postal office not thrilled. Before the order was processed and I saw I was charged twice I notified ALT, NO RESPONSE received nor customer service. Rec'd delivery 2/28/2025.

They use dangerous chemical synthetic compounds to create their perfumes, which can cause severe allergic reaction to lungs and severe headaches, please don't fall trap for all the fake reviews and fake PR they do, there is no return policy, they give you store credit which cannot be used anywhere other than their site

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered three bottles of perfume from them and one of the bottles was not full and already leaking when it arrived. I contacted ALT customer service four times regarding it and still have not heard from anyone on how to get a replacement. Even worse they expect you to pay for return shipping when it is their fault the item is faulty. I would never or recommend this terrible company. A first impression is a lasting one. No more money from me.
