From day one Al Shafie has been amazing from the start. Brother Hammad from day one guided me and helped make the most perfect Umrah. He answered my calls and messages on a daily basis. I was so nervous about the trip and he kept me calm and told every thing will fine. And he was absolutely right. Brother Moiz spent the entire trip with us and made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. He took us on amazing ziyarats and did different activities with us. I am forever grateful for them and the services they provided. I will never forget this and I thank them for everything.

That was our first time performing Umrah and also One of the best experiences we had, every single arrangement from 5☆hotel to the transportation in Macca and Medina including for Ziyarah, customer service was unbelievable.
