I don’t recommend anyone this travel people’s they just think there self. Very bad experience with them they says good things when you start booking with them after you reach there they will show you the real business with them even we reach there they don’t even book the room after waiting hours they don’t even arrange the right room charge us 6 people and provide 3 beds in madina also we pay good amount of Makkah and madina hotels also hire cheap ziyara peoples they don’t even like to wait rush you because they goes there so many time now they are bore to wait same places bad experience

This included a quad room in Madinah, which was discussed and confirmed beforehand, including the arrangement for children to share beds. As a gesture of goodwill, we upgraded your Madinah hotel room to a Haram-view room at no extra cost. While a Haram-view room in Makkah was not committed, we even asked you to avail the room if the hotel shows any availability at no extra cost, the hotel could not provide this due to unforeseen availability issues, something outside our control. Nevertheless, you were accommodated in the same high-standard hotel as agreed. Regarding the Ziyarat tours, licensed and experienced guides were provided. The pace may have felt rushed, but it was based on a time-optimized itinerary to cover all major sites within your limited schedule. Throughout your journey, our team remained transparent, responsive, and committed to delivering what was promised. In summary, we honored every commitment, even offered an unsolicited room upgrade, and worked within limitations beyond our control to ensure your experience met agreed standards.
