This was our first trip booking through a travel agency as well as our first Umrah trip, so I was a bit skeptical. My cousin had used Al Shafie recently so we decided to check them out. Brother Hammad was wonderful from the beginning. He listened to our needs and made sure that all of them were met. We had a group of 8 people and he made sure we had comfortable transportation through out the trip. My parents are also older so I requested hotels in Makkah and Madinah that were close to the Haram so they didn’t have to walk too much. Alhumdolillah the hotels brother Hammad booked were perfect for our needs. The hotel in Madinah also provided free wheelchairs that we could use as needed. The guides that were included in the trip were also wonderful, very knowledgeable and accommodating if we needed to make a stop somewhere. Brother Zahid was our first driver and went out of his way to ensure we were able to experience everything we wanted. Brother Shahid who was our Umrah guide was incredible, he made sure that our Umrah was the experience we wanted it to be. Hotel staff and cleanliness were also wonderful. Overall I could not have asked for more from our first visit to Makkah and Madinah. We will definitely work with the Al Shafie team for our future needs inshaAllah. May Allah swt bless the entire Al Shafie team and put barakah in everything they do.

I would like to thank Hamad and his team for a wonderful vacation. It was worry free since everything he had promised was there and more. We traveled to Saudi Arabia and Dubai. All flights, ground transportations, transfers and hotels were there with no issues. I would definitely travel with them again in the future.
