Great customer service from the Internet customer service group. I was waiting to speak with the bike department and had been on hold for a few minutes. A person from Al's Internet sales team asked me if they could help. They didn't know the answer but said they would go ahead and find out and follow up with me. The followed up within 5 minutes and had resolved my questions and reserved the item for me to purchase.

Ordered online and selected store pickup to avails shipping. Website stated it would be available in 5 days but I got an email within 4 hours saying it was ready for pickup. Superior service and seamless transaction. 5 stars for sure.

I shop often at Al’s and it’s always been a positive experience. The staff that I’ve worked with have been extremely knowledgeable and very kind! Today our Al’s was out of the specific kayak that my son wanted and the manager helped guide me to placing an online order and the lady who helped me online was so kind and helped me place my order. Love the selection that Al’s carries and the friendly employees they have!

Al’s is great. Bought some shoes and knee pads. Although the shoes were too big, they sent a prepaid label, got a super quick refund and had great customer service. I’m enjoying the kneepads and will be happy to purchase from them again. Thanks a bunch Al!
