Al's had a good price on the product I ordered, offered free shipping, and the product was delivered in a timely manner. I also received an email on the day the product was actually delivered reminding me to be on the lookout for it.

Placed an order of an item shown in stock on Als.com and then received an order confirmation email. Waited a few days for the item to ship, only to receive a second email from Als stating that the item was actually not in stock and not available. No offer of any discount code or anything to make up for their mistake, only suggestions of other products I could buy. Then I get emails thanking me for my (now non-existent) order and requesting a review. Not very impressive, Als.com. Edit: Updated from 1 star to 4 stars. I received an email response from Als customer service after my posted review. I appreciate the time that Als customer service took to contact me directly and attempt to reconcile the original issue.

Prices and services are great. Just about everything I want can be found in Al's online store so no complaints even though stock in the physical store can be a bit lacking in some areas of the fishing department. Im happy to support a local sporting goods store chain!

I received my purchase from Al’s on time and in good condition. I’m enjoying my purchase so much that I recently contacted the manufacturer of the product I purchased to thank them for their work.

Als.com has great prices and the website is easy to navigate, but it needs a little work. There are multiple items that don’t have a photo showing what they look like, or there is only 1 photo and you can’t see what the other color options look like. If you fixed this problem your website would be much better to shop with!
