I had read a few negative reviews about Als online before making my purchase, and so I was worried that I wouldn't get what I ordered, or on time. I was really happy to receive my shipment from Als in only a few days! I would definitely buy from them again if they continue to provide excellent service.

Bought a backpack at a great price. Turns out something was wrong with the inventory system and the backpack was out of stock. Als sent me an even better backpack --- the newer version of the same model --- for the same price. Also added a couple of small items to the order to avail of free shipping and it was no trouble doing that over the phone.
