Quality products at rock bottom prices! Their customer service department was excellent to work with when I encountered a small problem and they handled it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend shopping at Al's!

Got what I ordered, 2 pairs of Patagonia shorts.

Knowledgeable team at the bike shop area, had most cycling parts in stock, the one they didn't have they ordered in. Went the extra mile to diagnose a challenging problem I was having and fix it. This is my new bike shop!

There was a non-major issue with the timeliness of my order being shipped. I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me, but he promptly found out what went wrong, straightened it out so that no one else would have the same issue, reimbursed my credit card for my shipping cost and gave me a discount on the item as well. I did not ask for any of this, he just did it... and he thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention too. Needless to say, I'm very happy, and highly recommend Al's!
